Why am I doing this FOURTEEN FUCKING YEARS later? idk it sounded fun at the time.

(also ngl my favorite part of this whole Tank vs Mitch for Mayor background plot is that they're like. really friendly with each other actually. like obviously they must have issues they disagree on, but this is a very good-natured competition between them. i love that.)

(i would just like to note, bc this is a thing kiryu does in this log, that the BIGGEST difference between D-Wheels & regular motorcycles is that YOU CAN FLIP IT AROUND BACKWARDS BUT IT STILL KEEPS GOING THE WAY IT HAD BEEN GOING. DON'T ASK ME HOW THAT WORKS IT JUST DOES.)
